Heh....today was kinda OK ba..
Achieved my GOLD for NAPFA today (((: Only got 1 a ba...but still managed to get gold Haha. Here are my scores. Standing Broad Jump-195, Sit & Reach-39, Inclined Pull-ups, 29, Sit ups-38 and my ONLY A, Shuttle Run-10.2 Just managed to get A...haha. 0.1 more sec, B alrd. As far as an OK day goes...there is really nth much to write about..so yeah. Heh. Almost forgot, my 2.4 timing is 12.15. Heh...kinda slow, but who cares...got B still.Labels: Gold
